um-update-tools

um-update-tools updates every local toolchain in one run.

Setup

The updaters must be on PATH: rustup, uv, vp, pnpm, go, and cargo-install-update (from cargo install cargo-update). A missing tool fails that step; the remaining steps still run.

Usage

um-update-tools

The sequence, in order:

1. rustup self update
2. uv self update
3. uv tool upgrade --all
4. uv cache prune
5. vp upgrade
6. pnpm update -g
7. go install github.com/kijimaD/mcumgr@latest
8. cargo install-update -a

There are no flags and no confirmation; every step runs unconditionally.
